So you have finally said to yourself those magic words, "I want to be healthy". There could be many reasons that made you decide to be healthy. Maybe you are looking for a healthy lifestyle to probably loose weight or because of a health problem, or maybe just because you are tired of living an unhealthy life. Here, I am not only going to give you 3 tips on ways to be healthy but I am also going to tell you about a program that will help you in this weight loss journey. Lots of it!! This might sound corny, but make water your best friend. There is no other thing as hydrating as water. Drink lots of it. It increases your body's metabolism which makes you loose weight faster. That said, stay away from caffeinated drinks like coffee and sodas. They make your body get rid of water. Drinking water also makes you feel full and prevents you from overeating. Water helps get rid of nasty toxins from your body.
Bonus tip: Before an event, to avoid looking and feeling bloated, drink lots of water and stay away from fatty foods:)

I want to be healthy- Tip 2 Get Active

Yes, eating healthy is going to make you feel healthy. But to actually look toned, and build some lean muscles, you have to do something. Do something physical. Like run,swim, jog, hike or just take a walk with your dog, friend or partner. And besides guys, trust me, you are going to start seeing results soon.
Working out does not always have to happen in gym. Do something you like. It wont feel like working out.

I want to be healthy- Tip 3 Eat you fruits and vegetables

Come on now, who doesn't know this one!
Eat your fruits and vegetable guys. They have everything that your body needs. By eating vegetables, I don't mean eating a small plate of salad. That DOES NOT do anything. Eat a huge plate. Get creative. Throw in everything that you like.. To take it to the next super nutritious level, throw in some super foods like kale, berries,lentils etc.
A word on dressing. You can make the most healthiest salad unhealthy by "submerging" it with ranch dressing or something equally heavy. Keep it light. Maybe olive oil or even lemon works.

I want to be healthy- Tip 4: Watch you Caloric Intake:

type=textTaking in more calories, than you are burning, will result in weight gain. Easy solution to this?
Be active! Its as simple as that. Do Cardio and burn those calories up. You dont have to starve to loose weight. You just have to watch what you eat.

Bonus tip: Eating junk all the time does not help. If you want to be healthy? You have to eat healthy, because that's where all the good stuff is that your body needs:)
