Desperate To Lose Weight Quickly
Are you desperate to lose weight quickly? We all have been in a situation where we need to lose weight quickly for a special event.
But how do you do it? The good news is that there is a healthy way to lose weight quickly. Here is how I do it.
Always eat breakfast. It should consist of a hard boiled egg, one slice of cantaloupe, oatmeal (not quick) with cinnamon, some ground flaxseed and blueberries.
For lunch have wild caught fish or chicken, a large salad (no extras like cheese or croutons) with olive oil and vinegar dressing and a slice of cantaloupe.
For dinner have wild caught fish or chicken, a large salad, cooked vegetables (green only) and a slice of cantaloupe.
If you get hungry in between meals, you can have an apple and a few almonds or walnuts as a snack.

When You Are Desperate To Lose Weight Quickly
You should drink a tall glass of water before eating your meals. You can also take a psyllium husk fiber capsule (100% natural fiber) with a tall glass of water about a half an hour before your meals. The fiber will fill you up and keep your system cleaned out. Don' t drink anything with your meals or for an hour afterwards.It also helps if you exercise every day. A half an hour brisk walk is great especially if you can do it outside. When you are desperate to lose weight quickly you should include a minimum of 30 minutes of exercise daily. Mix it up - do what you enjoy.
