Ice Age games and activities
Here you will find a collection of fun and free online Ice Age games and activities to keep your child busy.
This is a great way to occupy your kids mind while you quietly go off attending to your daily chores.....cooking, cleaning, washing, ironing.......is this really how it is?!
Anyway, I have played all the games and have to admit they are quite addictive and very entertaining.
I even had a go at the colouring section!
Games Online
Choose one and play.
Put your milk and cookies beside you, sit comfortably in your chair and BEGIN PLAYING!.
Bubble Trouble
Choose between two characters and begin the game at the bottom of a cave.
The character will be encapsulated in an air bubble and your mission is to float up through the cave collecting acorns on the way.
Watch out for the pointy rock edges and other objects that fly at you.
The controls are simple and the game even has a 70s style disco track playing in the background.
Track Derby
Choose between 1 or 2 players and begin by building your own track; this is very easy to do.
Once complete, using just the SPACE bar, control the speed of your sled as it glides through the course.
You must beat your oponent to the finish line The first sled to make it around the track 3 times wins.

Whack A Scrat
All you have to do here is watch for Scrat to pop up and then whack him with your chosen whacker.
Simply follow Scrat with your cursor and click to bash him!
Make sure to keep an eye on your Hit Meter and avoid whacking Sid as this will have points taken away from you.
Work through the five levels and become a master.
Glacial Break
A Tetris style games where you, as the character Scrat, have to rescue the other sub-zero heroes who are trapped in the ice.
Move Scrat over the coloured blocks dropping glacial cubes that match on top or beside them.
Break all the cubes to free Scrat's friends.
Watch the temperature meter on the right, if you miss matching cubes too many times then the temperature drops and more cubes will be added.
There are two difficulty levels and the games controls are easy to use.
Colouring Pages
If your child has had enough of the games and wants to try out something more creative then colouring would be a great start.
Here there is a collection of fun images from the Ice Age movies that need some colour added to them.
Just click on the image that you want and on the new pop up page just press the image of a printer on the top left.
Make sure you have enough paper in your printer tray!
Rising Water
Another really fun and addictive game where you have to help Scrat reach the safe top as fast as possible while collecting acorns.
The water rises pretty quickly so you have to get a move on but with practice the gameplay gets easier.
If you fall in the water Crash and Eddie will come along and pick you up.
You get 100 points per acorn and can gain more points by catching more than one acorn per jump or by extending your jump distance.
