Tips for Ice Pop Smoothies
Making Healthy Ice Pops
I was just thinking of whipping up a batch or two of smoothies and pouring them into ice pop molds. Here are my favorite combinations.
- Strawberry banana smoothie. Blend together frozen strawberries, half a banana, a pinch of honey, and a little soy milk. If I want more protein, I'll add a scoop of whey protein powder.
- Berry smoothie. I keep assorted frozen berry mixes in the freezer. I like to blend this mix together with a banana and some almond milk. I also add half a scoop of whey protein powder.
Pudding Ice Pops Recipe
I used to love pudding pops as a kid! Make your own by pouring pudding into ice pop molds after it sets.
