THis is the passage of the month, it's a passage from the Bible!
Passage of the Month #1 (YAY!)Since it's the first passage, how about it be the first book of the Bible, and the first verses?
Genesis 1:1
1 In the Beggining, GOD created the heavens and the Earth.
2 Now the Earth was formless and empty, darkness was over the surface of the deep, and the spirit of GOD was hovering over the waters.
3 And GOD said,"Let there be Light", and there was light.
4 GOD saw that the light was good, and he separated the light from the darkness.
And what does this passage mean to you? That was a passage from the first book of the Bible. It was part of the creation of the Universe and planets.
What the Bible means by Heavens, is not litterally Heaven, it's space, and the sky. So GOD was creating the sky and light, on the first day. We'll learn more about this as we go on.
