Here we will give you some ideas on ways to harness and convert waste into raw material for Halloween.

Some ideas to use the wastes in Halloween
- Old cans can be reused in many ways, from large boats to paint walls to pots of ointment for shoes. All types of cans can be used. The cans can be used to make pencil decorated with various materials, napkin and all sorts of containers. Soda cans can be used to make ashtrays and other objects that require a soft material. Removing the lid of the cans and polishing the edges, we put our cans decorated with Halloween.- Plastic bottles can also be reused for Halloween, can be used to make lamps, flowers, ornaments, wreaths, vases, chairs, wreaths, among others.
- The recycled cardboard and paper can help us to make recycled paper for gift wrap, candy bags, cardboard figures (pumpkins, bats, witches, zombies, cats, etc.).
- Even the mechanical parts can be used to decorate for Halloween, for example pictures with watch parts and other machinery representing chilling scenes to decorate any room in the house.
- Food trays and Styrofoam containers can be used to make picture frames, figurines, decorative plates, boxes, trunk, among others.
- Even the organic matter can be used in creating crafts such as shell eggs (for ornaments, wreaths and other decorative items), orange peel (for boxes, jewelry boxes and candle holders), pumpkin seeds, sesame, flax, etc.

Recycle an old book (could be a textbook for school, you no longer need) and cut it out in a half pumpkin.

These are cones of Styrofoam (polystyrene), topped with skewers of candy (jelly beans, chocolates, lollipops ...)

RECOMMENDATIONS
- Make your Halloween purchases always carrying your Eco Reusable bag.- And why not use the public transport for going to your parties, dinners, shopping, etc?
- If you're the one who gives the party tries to reduce waste, use reusable cutlery, glasses and napkins. And try that the food and drink are as natural as possible.
- You know the best costume is done with great imagination and natural materials. Did you know that many of the sold or rented costumes are made of synthetic fibbers and end up giving allergies?
- The best thing for the environment is reusing your own clothes and recycling a snap.
