Identity Theft Protection

You live in a small town, don't travel much and try and keep a low profile. Having someone steal your identity and start living large off of your good name is the last thing that will happen to you right?

Well, that's what my friend thought up until a few years ago when he became an identity theft victim.

Man, what a nightmarish experience this poor guy went through! Credit card bills for cards he never applied for kept rolling in and his credit report started to really take a beating.

Oh, and don't forget all of the calls from creditors wanting their money!

He called the cops and they did eventually trace the thief to Las Vegas but if I remember correctly the person was never prosecuted and still walks the streets. This seems to happen a lot with identity theft cases.

My friend spent a lot of time and money getting everything resolved and it took over a year before things were as they were before the ID theft.

It's too bad that LifeLock didn't exist back then. For a few bucks a month they provide you with $1,000,000 worth of fraud protection.

The service they provide can for the most part be done yourself (and they even admit that on their site) but for the convenience and peace of mind the small fee each month is worth it especially when you consider the million dollar guarantee.

As Identity Theft becomes more and more prevalent in our high tech society it is definitely a service you should consider subscribing to.

If you Click Here today you can read more about LifeLock and save 10% off the subscription fee if you decide to join. How cool is that?

and can only say that of the major players in this space LifeLock is far and away the best of breed.

After all, how many CEOs are willing to put their Social Security number on their company's home page?

That's confidence!
