Rounding out the musical team for Ides of March are orchestrators Jean-Pascal Beintus, Nicolas Charron and Sylvain Morizet. Music supervision by Linda Cohen with supervising music editor, Gerard McCann and music editor Del Spiva.
Ryan Gosling, hot off the heels of Crazy, Stupid, Love headlines with George Clooney in this drama with the strong support cast of Philip Seymour Hoffman, Paul Giamatti, Max Minghella, Marisa Tomei, Evan Rachel Wood, and Jeffrey Wright. Ides of March gets released October 7, 2011.

Leonardo DiCaprio Not In Ides of March?
J Edgar Hoover or Young Political Upstart?
Besides, Gosling's the perfect age to still play idealistic and youthful, 6 years younger than DiCaprio and less than 30 years old when the movie was filmed. Gosling's character is similar in age to when George Stephanopoulos worked on the Clinton Presidential campaign.
Instead, DiCaprio remained as Executive Producer on the project and moved ahead with working on another political themed movie, J Edgar which allowed him the opportunity to work with legendary director Clint Eastwood.

There's been a couple of glimpses from YouTube videos of cast interviews where Clooney's character Morris has these Obama-esque Shepard Fairey style campaign posters appearing in the background. There are a couple different versions. One says "Believe", another says "Morris".
I hope the Ides of March producers release copies of these posters. It would be great if they did especially if they used it to raise funds for one of Clooney's favorite causes of charities. In the meantime, to make your own Obamicon, just click here.
