- Thank you. I am really excited because this is just the information I was looking for. Our family and a friend's family are going on vacation together and studying the Iditarod. This is perfect for our lapbook together.

- A great winter topic for animal lovers. Well done.
You could also make a salt dough map of the trail to go along with your study. Take photos and put them in the lapbook.

My name is Lynn (aka Lynn W, eclecticeducation, and lynnhsmomof2) and I am a Christian mother who homeschools her two boys. I am also a Work at Home Mom (WAHM) who does freelance writing (at Squidoo, eHow and Bukisa), affiliate marketing and designs products at Zazzle. When I'm not busy with my family, homeschooling or working online, I love to read, especially fantasy and sci-fi, watch tv and movies, and scrapbook. Some of my favorite movies are Star Wars, Narnia, Lord of the Rings and Spiderman. Some of the television shows that I watch are Heroes, NCIS, Psych, Monk and Royal Pains.
