You also will need IELTS to immigrate to UK, Canada, Australia or New Zealand. In this case you have to choose General Training Module.
IELTS is not easy to pass, especially to get high score (7). Even if you are fluent English speaker you may not score well unless you get acquainted with the IELTS structure and task types.
IELTS consists of 4 parts: Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking.
