What Would I Do if i won millions in the lottery

Ranked #323 in Nonprofits, #96,708 overall

What to do with all those millions?

It's everyone's dream to win a big lottery, isn't it?

When you have all those millions of dollars, you have a responsability to help others.
You can't just keep all the money for yourself and keep buying stuff, it won't bring you
happiness.

Helping others will make you feel much better than buying a new huge TV screen.

There are so many excellent and needy causes out there in this world. It won't be a problem
deciding what to do with the money.

Would Like To Buy A MRI For Our Local Hospital

Our hospital badly needs an extra MRI

In our area, we have a long list of patients waiting for a MRI test.
This would shorten the waiting period and probably save a lot
of lives.Photo

According to Dr. Tom Feasby " Lineups for MRI, or magnetic resonance imaging, has become a source of controversy in Canada in recent years.

The expensive technology provides detailed, cross-sectional images of various parts of the body such as the brain and spine. Doctors use it to look for ailments such as cancer, abnormalities of blood vessels and multiple sclerosis.

The machines have proven so valuable and so popular that patients can end up waiting months to get a scan."

I just hope I will never be in need of a MRI test, as I'm very claustrophobic.

I Would Certainly Help Partners in Health in Haiti

My favorite charitable organization is without a doubt, "Partners in Health" , co-founded by Dr.Paul Farmer,
a Harvard graduate.

Dr.Farmer is my Super Hero , so yes, it is my favorite charity.Photo

Buy Tons Of Books for our local library

Our city has a very diverse population and I thought it would
be so nice to have books in differents languages and on multitude
of topics for all ages.

Our government is cutting funds to libraries, so this would definitively
a good deed that I would love to do for our city.

Pay Some Mortgage Payments

If I win the "big millions", I certainly would like to help some people to keep their homes by paying some of their monthly mortgage payments.

That would ensure that they don't lose their houses and end up homeless.

I would start a seriousssssss foundation for giving first with about half my gains. I'd work a Charles Schwab financial planner's pencil to a nub, have my Legal Shield attorneys working overtime too helping me keep as much as possible and treat my Queen and my Royal family to some toys after the business was done and reviewed. That's what COUNTRYLUTHIER would do. Yup, yup, yup! Great lens for clearing out the cob webs and getting some wishful thinking going again.

Gosh, wouldn't it be great to win a million at the lottery? Heck, I'd be happy with just a part of that big prize ... I know that I would use it to do a lot of good for others and pay off my bills and mortgage so I wouldn't become a bag lady. It sure is inspiring when we hear of charitable donations from lottery winners.
