Part of the fun of MMORPGs is the challenge of facing off against real opponents, not the predictable parry and thrust of artificially "intelligent" computerized spell fodder. But be warned -- there are some formidable players out there just aching to relieve you of your treasures!

Generally, these game sites require free registration. There are simply too many "script kiddies" trying to hack these sites for anonymous surfing. Take a few minutes and sign up. There is a lot of good information at each of these WoW boards.

I needed some pix to spice up the layout of this lens, and actually found one more than I need (for now.) I guess this is a good place to mention that Richard Knaak is resposible for a lot of the WoW Lore and such.

Hard-core gamers will find the detailed rules here invaluable in their online conquests, too!
