- North Vietnamese Anti-Aircraft missile systems could not be bombed until they were known to be operational (so I guess the troops had to wait until the missile was actually fired).
- No enemy could be pursued into the surrounding areas, once crossing the borders of Laos and Cambodia.
- Critical strategic targets only to be engaged via High Approval Only
The coup-de-gras of these "Rules of Engagement" was the fact that N. Vietnam was informed of the rules and planned their strategy around these limitations. The Vietnam war was never meant to be won by American troops, just sustained, that's why the War lasted so long.

Why were FAA flight records of that flight made to disappear?

It explained how this was planned for a long time and how the international community was aware of what was going on yet ignored it, and were even present during the systematic killings.
"At least half a million people perished in the Rwandan genocide," the report notes. "Perhaps as many as three quarters of the Tutsi population. At the same time, thousands of Hutu were slain because they opposed the killing campaign and the forces directing it."

- On the day of the attack the television networks suspended normal programming and began wall-to-wall 24-hour "coverage" that would last a week, filling out the script of Osama bin Laden as mastermind of the attack with lots of background stories about Islamic terror. - YUP.. AND... the funny thing is that .. indeed.. the Illuminati themselves are having the wool pulled over THEIR eyes.. but, they think they are the ones doing it to others :) The controlling ones are being controlled and are too blind to see it! Blessed!

- Sure they do, that's their job to dupe the masses and mislead. These families are never called out, the "Invisible Hand", in this life, will never be challenged. The only consolation is that Karma will even the score in unimaginable ways for those illicitly "elite" members of the Illuminati.
