Mandarin chicken salad

this great salad has a bit of an asian flare - and is absolutly delicious

lettuce (or a mix of your favorite greens)
grilled chicken diced
chow mein noodles (i use la choy brand, found in the ethic/asian section of the grocery store)
1 small can/jar mandarin oranges drained
citrus vinagertte dressing
  1. toss everything in large bowl & enjoy
  2. for more formal toss only 1/2 the oranges and use the remaining on top as a garnish
