I wanted to talk a bit about the importance of "thinking BIG" as well as the thoughts we hold in our heads at any given time. I know it to be true that the slightest mental shifts are what can make the biggest difference in life and I want to really make that apparent to you.

So here is the story exactly as it was told to me. Please keep in mind this story is a metaphor and everything in the story stands for something else. You will have to dig a little deep to uncover what it means for your situation. I cannot do that for you.

As with many stories we start...Once Upon a Time...

A company once sent a shoe salesman to a highly populated township in Africa where they had never sold any shoes. He was one of their senior, most experienced salesman, and they expected BIG things from him.

Shortly after his arrival in Africa he wrote the home office saying, "You might as well bring me back, no one here wears shoes." They
brought him back.

Then they sent another shoe salesman. This time, they sent one of their newest salesman. He did not have much experience but he had a
lot of enthusiasm. They figured he might be able to sell a few pairs of shoes.

Almost as soon as he arrived, he wired the home office an urgent message: "Send me all the shoes you got. Nobody here is wearing
shoes!"
