Reason #1: Jim & Ginny have the combined experience of over 88 years of buying and selling collectibles. Jimmy says he was dealing in things like rocks at the age of 3! He began dealing in stamps when he was five. He was dealing in antique furniture when he was 14. Later he went on to collecting and dealing in antique toys and also into other fields.

Ginny started selling antiques when she was at the relatively advanced age of 30. Which was over 30 years ago! How time flies!

Reason #2: They have gone through the hard knocks of making mistakes in the antiques business. Neither of them enjoys making mistakes. Their hard won education is something that they pass on to their customers in their ability to purchase antiques that are authentic and to describe them accurately.

Reason #3: They guarantee the authenticity and descriptions of the antiques that they sell. If they miss something that causes a customer to want to return something, they take responsibility for their error, apologize, and send a refund when the item is returned.

Reason #4: They have customers with whom they have been dealing for several decades and who are their friends as well as customers. They both have an excellent reputation for honesty, integrity, and knowledge.

Reason #5: They provide detailed descriptions about the items that they offer for sale and include closeup photographs so that buyers can determine whether they have described each item accurately or not. They take the time to examine every item to find any flaws and to let potential buyers know before they make a decision to buy.

Reason #6: As of May 10, 2008 they have received 2,937 positive feedbacks on ebay in ten years as Sellers and as Buyers. Of those 1,386 were positive feedbacks that they received as Sellers. The two negatives were received from one eBay Bidder who had decided to buy a car rather than pay for the item which he had won. When negative feedback was left for him because of his decision, he left negative feedback. The other negative feedback was left by an English bidder who was angry because Jim & Ginny would not lie on the Customs form and would not use a thinner envelope to send her item as her item would not have fit safely in a thin envelope.
