I'm about to tell everyone how to get out of debt
Simple method, if criminals can do it, you can too.
What I mean is that, what makes them criminal is that they do not have valid proof of where the money went.
That's how they get in trouble, but in our wonderful country, if your debt can be proved (usually by credit card statements) you can fight it, and if you don't have the money to pay it back with, well guess what, you don't have to. Even further, you can clean your FICO score in a matter of months.
This is called "Credit Card Scam" (for criminals)
Or, "Debt Settlement" if you have proof and you're not a criminal.
