Real estate in Romania



At this time in Romania prices are starting to go real down, this is because we
fall in the hands of corruption.

Many developers and investors are stopping the investments for the moment
because there is nobody that wants to buy the properties .

Why nobody wants to buy properties in
Romania. It is simple. The banks are not giving any
mortgages in Romania .

We have a national bank which orders all our commercial banks what to do.

Thank national bank is ruled by a guy named Isarescu which is corrupted and he
did some rules about getting credit for mortgage which nobody can apply.

First of all real estate in Romania is translated as imobiliare
. This type of business appears to be going down at least for all
real-estate agencies but not for
government.



If a young couple wants to buy a 2
rooms apartment which in Romanian is ( apartament
cu 2 camere ) they can't buy it because they can't prove that can pay it
after the new rules which mr Isarescu did with force.



In this case this you couple must rent a 2 rooms apartment which in Romanian is
( inchiriere apartament 2 camere)
or ( chirie apartament 2 camere)
, but in this case the rents just exploded , the cheapest in a liveable
apartment is 500$ which is about the bank monthly rate to buy it.



Why should the couple rent and not buy an apartment, if they manage to pay for
the rent why shouldn't they be able to buy it ?



I don't have an answer for this , but we look forward to see what it happends.
