My eyes, my parents' eyes, and my brother's are all around the same level of vision: terrible! I don't think any amount of exercising them or lowering my stress will help my vision. I did edit a book about eye yoga once, though, and I found the exercises very relaxing. For someone who works on a computer all day, it's definitely important to let your eyes relax now and then to avoid worsening the problem!

Unfortunately, I have no chance of removing myself from stress as 95 year old Mom Gertie just broke her hip and here I sit, in her rehad room all day. Ugh. Good think I like her...

I wish her a speedy recovery.

Very well done lens. My eyes were damaged due to a harbor mine in Viet-Nam blowing up which caused lots of other problems including hearing loss. I was a diver/Seal and I miss my 20/20 vision and especially my hearing. As far as the rest of my health I choose the Gershon therapy and eat totally organic. People just don't realize the additives in foods that are killing us on a daily basis. Still enjoy this lens and going to visit your others that pertain especially to me. Thanks for posting the info because it is important.

My eyes are sensitive to light. I keep my computers brightness to almost 0 and have the habit of keeping my screen very dull. Then only, i can work properly. Is there any problem with my eyes, or is it natural. I have specs numbered -6 each.

Great idea about the palm theory and thinking deep black to fix your eyesight. Thanks
