Your sitting posture is important if you are someone who works at a desk or a student who is always sitting at a desk. The posture you want to adopt is to have a straight back but not too straight that it becomes uncomfortable as this can cause more pressure on your spine.
If you are lucky to have a chair with a back support then you want to use this support to keep your back straight as it will be less uncomfortable.
Standing Posture
When you are standing and walking around you are putting the most pressure on your spine. To improve your posture here you will want to keep your back straight. Take note of your shoulders too, don't let them drop down as this can cause you to lean slightly forward.
