Working From Home - What Works, What Doesn't?

We've all seen the reviews about online businesses, affiliate programmes and marketing gurus during our internet lives, and the claims that it couldn't be easier to make money online. Heck we may have, in our eagerness to promote our own gig, even written a few honest and heartfelt hubs or lenses ourselves giving rave reviews to our "greatest thing since sliced bread" and "easiest thing to do since making a sandwich" business opportunity. But, if you've bought into any online business or joined affiliate programmes based on "fluff reviews", only to find out that it's not really that easy, and that the owners of these money making packages too often assume we understand their jargon even though their system was supposedly geared toward the internet marketing "noob", then I can certainly sympathize with your frustration; been there, done that and never even got a friggin' tee shirt. It can be very difficult and confusing to tell which way to go, who to listen to and what to buy.

You will find overviews of various internet marketing products; what they are or what they are supposed to be along with comments detailing the experiences real people have had with these programmes.

You might find that a particular business is everything it claims to be; maybe you'll find out that even though given great reviews about the money making potential, it's just not for your level of experience; and the worst of all possible scenarios; maybe it's just a total scam and waste of money.

A not so great review doesn't necessarily mean any particular programme is a scam. Maybe it just doesn't seem to work for some people for whatever reason. It's possible you have information previously unknown to the original reviewer.

So what if you've gotten your hands on something you feel can be great, but things aren't exactly going your way? Look for the help you need to make a go of it in one of the forums and get some tips and tricks on how you can turn it around to start making a profit.

I joined a programme myself and for the life of me, I couldn't figure it out. The number of comments from people like me has prompted the owner to produce a more user friendly tutorial so that members can make it work. I'm looking forward to this. So, if you're looking for help, ask for it. It might not be available right now, but others may just rally 'round and provoke a favourable response from one of those gurus.
