Are You Bored Yet?

Boredom is an awful feeling and we spend so much of our lives bored. Bored at school, bored at work or bored at home. This has to stop. Happily enough within boredom lies the solution to beating it. The boredom is telling you to do something to change your circumstances, to get out and find something interesting to do. While helping you with major life changes is beyond even my considerable powers I've put together a few bits and bobs to while away a few dead hours here and there.

Five Reads to Kill Boredom Stone Dead.

These are all books that I love. It is physically impossible to be bored whilst reading Jerome K Jerome or PG Wodehouse who have to be the two funniest writers who ever put pen to paper. On Guerrilla Gardening and The Guerrilla Art Kit are two books that will spur you into action to beautify your local community and stop being bored. Finally 'Yeah I Made it Myself' is a lovely accessible book that ought to get your creative juices flowing.

    As a fellow Squidoo addict, you probably don't have time to be bored. Even at my rather "boring" job, I'm always thinking of ideas for my lenses. Weekends are never long enough to do what I want. Course I do find housework rather boring. Maybe that's why I don't do it.

    This lens could be bored though. It begged me to tell you it would like an update. Even a lens wants a new outfit now and then.
