The Pros and Cons of Inbox Dollars

the good - the bad - the ugly

PROS

- FREE to join / $5 signup bonus
- $1 bonus paid for downloading toolbar
- lots and lots of ways to earn cash - not just with surveys
- chat support which is better than most other companies

CONS

- no pay until you become a GOLD member (first $30 check) and this can take a LONG time
- no referral bonus is paid until the person you refer reaches GOLD level (first $30 payout)
- once you qualify for your first check, it isn't processed for 4-6 weeks
- checks only / no PayPal
- $3.00 check processing fee subtracted from every check earned (not good)

My Personal Experience

plus my honest opinion

In another lens How to Earn Money Taking Online Surveys at Home I said that I dislike completing online surveys simply because the pay is so cheap. However, if you are one of these people who doesn't mind being paid pocket change and have loads of time on your hands, then surveys just might work for you.

Okay, here is what I LIKE about InboxDollars, based on my personal experience as a GOLD member:

- The company is stable and legitimate, and they really do pay as promised.
- It's fun to click on emails and see pennies be added to your account (2 cents per email).
- It's also neat to earn pennies for your toolbar searches.
- My favorite activity is watching the VIDEO ads. Like everything else, the pay is cheap (2 to 4 cents an ad), but they are short and it's so easy to do!

If you decide that InboxDollars is for you, here are my recommendations:

* Join them FIRST before any other survey company. They will then pay you to join the other companies!

* Write down the ID# of every single survey you take, every offer you complete, and every purchase you make. You want to make sure you get paid for everything that's coming to you!
