All about Incnow.com
Why did I write a review of incnow.com?
I'm hoping that by my doing this, I will convince other entrepreneurs to share their experiences with incorporation companies as well.
My Review of Incnow.com
The company I chose to form was an LLC (I heard that was the best type of company to form). I chose the full-service package (costing $298 for the state of Delaware), which included an operating agreement and other things (registered agent fee, etc.)
After filling out the online order form, an incorporation specialist called me to tell me the details about how the rest of the process would work (the information would be sent to the Delaware Secretary of State, then I would receive my Certificate of Formation after the request was processed). I didn't expect a personal call like this, since I figured Incnow.com processes a lot of incorporation requests everyday.
A bonus, which I guess Incnow.com doesn't go overboard advertising on their website (not sure why) is that the company is run by real lawyers. I went to a few other incorporation company websites and didn't see any mention of real lawyers (except the ones that said real lawyers would cost thousands of dollars, which definitely wasn't true with Incnow - ha!) Anyways, I had a question about Delaware bank accounts and I was able to speak with a lawyer right away.
All in all, I would rate Incnow.com "Two Thumbs Up".
I'll leave you now with some other interesting incorporation links and such. Thanks for reading, and be sure to check out more of my forthcoming company reviews and comparisons.
Happy incorporating!

Benefits of the LLC
Top 3 LLC Benefits
- Limited liability: Like a corporation, an LLC (Limited Liability Company) can help protect the owners' personal assets from company debts.
- Tax flexibility: An LLC can choose how it will be taxed. Options include being taxed like a Corporation, "S" Corporation, partnership, or sole proprietorship.
- Simplicity: An LLC does not have as many requirements as Corporations or "S" Corporations (e.g. no annual minutes are required).

Tara David- For your information, this is not a paid review. (If it were, wouldn't I just delete your comment?) I appreciate you taking the time to write a comment, but I think it would serve the readers of this page better if you would elaborate on any specific difficulties you had. In what ways was your money "chewed away"?
I do hope you revisit this page sometime in the future so that you can offer us some more specifics.
Also, I really hope you're not just an employee of one of Incnow's competitors. (Sorry if this sounds cynical, but your comment was so different from my own experience with Incnow so I did a quick Google search and noticed that there is a paralegal named "Tara David". Maybe it's just a coincidence, in which case I apologize for the cynicism. Please feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.)

Naoki- You're correct in saying that it costs extra money to qualify to do business in other states (i.e. if you form a corporation or LLC with the state of Delaware, but do business outside of Delaware). However, the fee you would need to pay would be the same regardless of the incorporation company you use (because the non-Delaware state determines the appropriate fee).
The cost of this "foreign qualification" was therefore not included in this lens because (1) each state's qualification fee is different, (2) the qualification fee for any given state will be the same regardless of the incorporation company used (i.e. it should have no bearing on which company to go with), and (3) some people who form a Delaware corporation or LLC only do business in Delaware and thus don't pay anything extra for foreign qualification.
Thank you very much for your feedback, though, Naoki. It's always nice to hear from people who offer another viewpoint.

Well if you are based in Delaware there are no additional fees. However, what is failed to be mentioned in this review is as follows: If one is doing business outside of Delaware (in another state), one has to also register the LLC with the state as a foreign corporation. This entails additional upfront fees that far surpass the cost quoted in this review.
