Bears and Dogs and Dinos - oh my!
Incredibeds are a plush bed frame that fits a standard twin and twin XL mattress set. (You provide those.) Each Incredibed design includes eyes, hair and furniture glides. There are even pockets in the hands so your child can give themselves a hug or just do battle with the monster in the closet.
The change to a big girl or boy bed can be overwhelming at times for children. Incredibeds are a great way to make the transition from a crib to a toddler bed a fun time!
NOTE: Incredibeds has had some production problems, apparently. They're having to change manufacturers, move and a whole bunch of other things. (Ah, the life of a small business.) New product was supposed to be available in May 2011, but I haven't seen it yet. They're saying now that they have them and they should be available to purchase by the end of July. We'll see.)
NOTE 2: Looks like we have the dog and the dinosaur beds back and at cheaper prices! Waiting on other new items, though.
Incredibeds Frames
Meet Bo - the male bear Incredibed

Could Bo the Bear be any cuter? From those huge pillow feet to his fuzzy face, I just love Bo. He's ready to welcome your toddler to their big girl or boy bed, complete with hug!
Like all the Incredibeds, Bo comes in four parts - the head and shoulders; the left foot and body side; the right foot and body side; and the 100-percent cotton zipper sheet that covers the mattress and onto which the other parts all attach.
The bed frame measures 96 inches long by 46 inches wide by 52 inches high.
The bed rests on the floor - the better to protect from monsters and a bed collapse.
The frame contains no wood or metal and provides a safe sleeping environment for children three and up. Add the bumper sheet and you could even use it as a very-young toddler bed.
Each Incredibed is built in sections, which attach with zippers and fit into most washers and dryers.

Soccer and football outfits or just jammies
As if the Incredibed itself wasn't cute enough, there are also clothes for these beds. No lie!BedJammies come in a few styles. You can choose from soccer uniforms like the pink ones shown here or football uniforms. There are also sleepshirts, natch, in a variety of colors sure to suit your room decor.
The BedJammies are 100 percent cotton, easily fit the Incredibed and attache with snaps behind the head. Basically can serve as a backup bottom sheet or just as additional color.

Change the eyes or hair on your Incredibed
Customize or just replace these parts
One of the really cool things about the Incredibed is the fact that the eyes and hair velcro on. Not only does it mean they don't get destroyed in the wash, it also means you can create a more custom look for your Incredibed.Prefer purple hair to pink? Want blue eyes instead of brown? Easily done by getting an extra set. Also good to know in case one eye just happens to go missing. (No idea how that would happen in a toddler bedroom, but you never know! Ha!)
The eyes are embroidered patches that just velcro right on the face. You'll definitely want to remove them when you wash so they don't get mushed in the process. My only complaint really is that I don't think they're completely interchangeable. Yes, they'll fit on any of the beds. But with eyelashes on the "girl" eyes and the green around the dinosaur eyes, it's hard to pull off a complete change. Up to you (or your child) how much that matters.

I know. You're wondering just how you get a sheet on an Incredibed, right? No fitted sheet in existence is going over that frame! Not to worry. You actually don't need a sheet.The Incredibed frame zips on to a center cover (the belly part) that serves as the bottom sheet for the bed. It's 100 percent cotton and fits any of the Incredibed frames. Washable, dryable, easily removed. Sweet! In addition, the various BedJammies options serve as an extra bottom sheet. All you need to add is a top sheet and pillowcase. Easy!
