A Fun Activity for the Children

This is an up to date listing of the indoor water parks in Minnesota.

It is broken down into three areas; the Twin Cities (Minneapolis/St. Paul), Duluth, and Outstate Minnesota.

Google Maps and other information is included.

If you are looking for good reasons to go to an indoor water park in Minnesota, here's a few:

- It's winter, and bitterly cold out.
- Gas is expensive, stay closer to home.
- The children want something to do.
- Do something fun as a family.
- It's just plain fun!

Things to Bring

to the Indoor Water Park

No need for sun screen!

"Don't forget the beach towel and grippy sandels. What about a radio?! Nope, I got the radio.Lotion? Better have the lotion. There's chlorine in the pools, need lotion! A snack! Bring some fruit and other light food. Did we forget anything else? The swim suits!"

Here is a list of things that are good to have with you, similar to going to the beach. The advantage here is that there is often your hotel room, your car, or lockers available. So, there's some flexibility in going to an indoor or outdoor water park.

Footwear:
Water socks
Flip flops
Teva sandels (or similar) - these stay on your feet better than flip flops.

Swimsuits, Cover-ups, Towels:
A normal beach towel will work well.
Money:
Often there is food for sale nearby, along with other forms of paid entertainment.

Extra Entertainment:
A good book or magazine
A small radio, with headset
A simple toy or game, for when members of the family become disinterested with the water park.

Things to Keep in Mind:

- You may need to make reservations, so call before you go!
- Visit here after you return home and rate the water park.
- Have fun!
