- I really like this lens. It clearly indicated the importance of pre/post event facilitation and evaluation when the event is objective driven.

- Thank you for your perspective. Team building is so important to building strong organizations with people who actually enjoy working with each other. I've found that one of the essential elements of team building is, like you've indicated, to keep doing it over time. A one-shot team building event may feel good for a day or two but people tend to want to revert to old behaviors. Ongoing coaching and reinforcement helps people keep practicing the new behaviors until they become second nature.
