List as many potential donors as you can before you begin approaching people for support. Start with family and friends, and then proceed to your neighbors and other people whom you feel would be interested in your cause.

Know why your group is holding the fundraiser, and communicate this to potential donors. For example: "Our group is raising money in order to finance our trip to the annual tournament."

Smile, be polite and most importantly, be enthusiastic about your cause.
If possible, always carry your fundraising products with you.

Cheerleaders are the lifeblood of a sports team, providing pep, excitement, and team spirit to any game. Without them to put on a wonderful show, the crowd wouldn't get as excited and the players may not do their absolute best. Plus, who can resist those pretty girls smiling and performing their acrobatics? What everyone forgets, however, is that although the sports teams need funds to pay for all of their equipment, the cheerleaders also need money to keep the squad going. IT'S EASY!

1. TAKING ORDERS - We supply order forms for all participants in the fundraiser. Participants simply take the orders and collect the money from each customer, and then turn the orders in to your organization. Checks will be made out to your organization.

2. PLACING ORDERS - After the orders are collected and you have figured your profit you will then turn in the remaining money and MASTER ORDER FORM to me for ordering of the candles. You keep the customer order forms.

3. DELIVERY - Once the candles come in, I will deliver them directly to your organization leader. Or the case lots will be dropped shipped right to the leader's door. It's just that easy!
