The good, the bad and the Infamous
inFamous is the story of Cole McGrath, a bike messenger given an assignment to deliver a package that is secretly a bomb. Cole survives the massive explosion and develops electricity-based powers. The player controls Cole and his newly acquired electrical powers as he makes his way around Empire City. Ultimately, the player will need to defeat three major forces that have each taken over one section of Empire City. One of those forces is a hooded street gang referred to as the Reapers. Though most are thugs, a few exposed to the explosion have gained unique abilities such as teleportation, shadow manipulation, etc. The game allows players to choose what path they would like to follow. There are a boatload of awesome ps3 games coming out in the next few months.....When will they realize that I'M NOT MADE OF MONEY DAMMIT ^^ My first play through is gonna be evil, saving people is just so last year. Being evil and an ass is much better.

inFamous: Overhyped?
IGN said in the full review of the game that this is the one of the best ps3 games to date. And they are right. I played the demo, and it's amazing and pure fun. Next week, xbox fanboys will make a choice. Cash strapped and jealous, I recommend they just get a ps3 by selling their xbox.

inFamous vs Prototype
Please help me out here. They both are sand-box games with super-powered protagonists and from all what I have read they both seem fun. But unfortunately I can only afford to buy one :( Sucker Punch , Infamous developer, has only really made Sly Cooper games which are some pretty fun games. Radical, makers of Prototype, has a long list of decent games dating back to 1992 including three Crash Bandicoot games and Hulk Ultimate Destruction.
If you had to ONLY get one, which one would it be?

Prototypes what i would go for.Im able to buy both anyway.But infamous has stupid animatic scenes.They could have done movie like scenes.Plus ive killed someone in infamous,went over to them and they where still blinking.So they dont really die?That sucks.At least in prototype you can jump high and do a really cool glide.ITS NOT ABOUT SMASHING STUFF.

The city is much more "alive" and these devs know how to make an open world game like this, because they did create the best open world game based off of a superhero to date; Hulk: Ultimate Destruction. I also like the main character's abilities which seem way cooler than the electrical manipulation of the guy from InFamous.

- How can I download the inFamous demo?
- As promised, Sucker Punch Production's inFamous demo is available for download via the PlayStation Store. This no-strings-attached version of the demo is the same one those who pre-ordered the game have been enjoying.
- When is the InFAMOUS release date?
- Sucker Punch's super-powered open-world game inFamous launches in the United States on May 26th and Europe May 29th.
- Will inFamous have any multiplayer modes?
- According to Sucker Punch , the lack of time eventually led to a singe player-focused inFamous. Multiplayer and DLC haven't necessarily been ruled out yet, but those wishing for their addition will have to wait awhile.
- Can you do anything besides zap people?
- There are zapping powers, there are grenades that explode, there are melee attacks, there's the ability to syphon or pin folks, there's a shield, a sniper mode, plus the ability to ride rails and power lines.
