Abraham Maarten Moszkowicz is the son of Berthe Bessems (Dutch Heritage) who gave birth to him at 26 june 1960. His father also a lawyer Max Moszkowicz was from Jewish heritage.

Bram Moszkowicz has in total 3 brothers (David, Max Jr., and Robert Moszkowicz). All off his 3 brother also started there lives out as lawyers. Together Bram, Max senior, Max junior, David, and Robert constitute the law firm Moszkowicz Lawyers with offices in Maastricht and Amsterdam in the Netherlands. Bram is in charge of the office in Amsterdam.

Bram Moszkowicz was married to civil lawyer Juliëtte Polak. From this marriage Bram Moszkowicz became father of two children. In that time
Moszkowicz already had one son from a previous marriage. He also had a relationship with Nienke Hoogervorst, the winner of the television
programm "Searching for the new Moszkowicz". Currently Bram Moszkowicz has a relationship with former NOS newsreader Eva Jinek.

Bram studied law in Amsterdam. During his studies he did not show anything about his brilliance,but by his diligence and formal behavior he came to the front. Abraham Maarten Moszkowicz said to have taught himself. Max Moszkowicz could not be more proud of his son. Also Bram Moszkowicz liked to join his father to work to hear him speech in the courtroom. he went to listen as often as possible. A former professor of Bram says: "He was diligent, not super smart, but that goes for more good criminal lawyers. He stood out as the son of Max Moszkowicz. Bram Moszkowicz is always formal and its hard to find him without a nice suite.

Between 2003 and 2006 Bram Moszkowicz evaded tax for more then one million euros. To ensure that Moszkowicz paid the debt, Tax authorities decided to put an mortgage of one million euro at his office on the Herengracht in Amsterdam. This mortgage is established on May 10, 2010.

The tax authorities gave him this penalty because additional tax revenues received were unspecified.The suspicion is that it involves cash payments from clients which he partly did not put in his accounting.

Desi Bouterse was Bram Moszkowicz client when father Max Moszkowicz had refused Bouterse. This refusal came from Max's friendship with the Hague criminal lawyer Gerard Spong. Spong, coming from Suriname, was close friends with the victims of the December murders. Bouterse killing suspects. Bouterse's defense by Bram Moszkowicz led to no major difficulties only with Gerard Spong. Problems have led to the jovial way how Bram Moszkowicz dealt with Bouterse. like that he appeared on television in Nova with there arms over there shoulders. And later dancing on the dance-floor from hotel Torarica in Paramaribo. According to Moszkowicz these images were distorted, he said that he was dancing with a woman when suddenly Bouterse was standing next to him dancing. But NOVA reporters always denied this. They said Moszkowicz went to stand with Bouterse. People gave much criticism on the behavior of Moszkowicz. When Bram Moszkowicz on February 10, 2011 was a guest at Nova College Tour, he objected to the broadcast of the so called "dance images". He said he was willing to talk about the incident but only if the recordings of him dancing with Bouterse would not be broadcasted. If it was broadcasted then he would leave the show immediately. Presentator Twan Huys decided not to broadcast the recordings because he founded that the dialogue was more important.

The combination of his clients Willem Endstra and Willem Holleeder was feeling wrong for many people, Willem Holleeder was suspect of having Willem Endstra extorted. The heirs of Willem Endstra had even complained to the Dutch Associated order of attorney's in which they demanded that Moszkowicz was forbidden to act as attorney for Willem Holleeder. They received support from Quote editor Jort Kelder, in one of his articles he even called Moszkowicz and Willem Holleeder "mafia buddies". Bram Moszkowicz filed a lawsuit against Jort Kelder, but was on February 15, 2007 unsuccessful. The president of the Amsterdam Court went even so far to say: "The term" mob friend "and the statement that Mr. Moszkowicz friendly relations with the underworld are indeed offensive and is for a lawyer extremely harmful, but he found sufficient support in the available facts."

Moszkowicz filed on an appeal against the interim decision, that he also lost on May 24, 2007 However, they decided that the use of the term "mob friend" was inappropriate, unnecessarily offensive and illegal assessed. Bram Moszkowicz therefore considered that he had won the appeal.

In the time Bram Moszkowicz was still attorney of Willem Endstra. Probably some pieces of evidence were leaked to the press from the office of Moszkowicz, to blacken Endstra. That led the next day to such threats that the police needed to bring Bram Moszkowicz in safety. He would temporarily go abroad and Monday, February 19, 2007 he would give a press conference in an attempt to clear his name.
