Hi! I intend to add just a few key links to this Squidoo page for the moment, all of them related to information literacy. If you are wondering what information literacy is, my friend Bill Johnston and I developed this definition....
"Information literacy is the adoption of appropriate information behaviour to obtain, through whatever channel or medium, information well fitted to information needs, together with a critical awareness of the importance of wise and ethical use of information in society"I think this page will probably be of most interest to educators and librarians who already have an interest in information literacy. But if it is useful to anyone else too, that will be really good!
The photo is of a bowl of cherries from my garden, July 2006.

- Good luck with this. Critical thinking is soo important in this age of information overload, and it is a skill that recieves little emphasis here in the States when it isn't frankly dicouraged.
