Adoptive technology is defined as equipment that enhances classroom performance of students. Students who enroll for online MBA are not getting an unfair advantage over the other regular students. Education is the natural outgrowth of the civilization. For thousand of years; people are suppressed in Indian society. Now due to exploration of knowledge, most of the countries in the word face the race of globalization. For proving their potentially knowledge points of view online MCA infrastructures and quality of education are emphasized. Intervention of Educational Technology and Psychological Principles of Learning are adapted from elementary level to the Higher Education in the developed countries and also in some extent in developing countries. Use of adoptive technology and situational learning are the main strategies for exploration of the knowledge in the present context.

The IT sector is expected to continue to face a sever shortage of workers. Eager to help fill the MBA in IT professionals shortage, a growing number of programs have target retraining workers from other fields. Paving the way has been the mainstream acceptance of IT certification as viable method for measuring an employee's skill set.

The growth of IT certification will continue to come from the supply side. As new development in IT rise to meet the challenges of exploring new frontiers in a pervasively networked, knowledge-centric world, there will be a greater requirement for specialization in IT tools, methodologies and processes.

In online MBA, the problem with video conferencing remains the high throughput required for satisfactory size and fidelity. In a distance learning environment there are likely to be participants without broadband Internet access.

Universities and other institutes of higher education have no choice but to join the move towards acknowledging IT certifications as becoming as valuable as college credit and equivalent to it like MS in Information Technology and MBA in Information Technology.

Even with universities joining the IT certification marketplace by providing the online BCA course and online MCA course, Online MS in IT, MBA in IT etc.
