Infrared Sauna the Affordable way to Get Healthy, Get Slim and Detoxify!
This lens is an infrared sauna review. As more and more people turn to alternative health solutions, infrared saunas have grown in popularity. They are quite different than traditional saunas in that they neither blow hot air nor do they create steam heat. Using the power of infrared panels, they heat the body from below the skin's surface and they promise a myriad of health benefits that range from detoxification and weight loss to increased metabolic rate. As I learn more and more about it I hope to share it with you here.
Let's Start our Infrared Sauna Review
What's an Infrared Sauna? Cabinet or Tent?
Both the stationary and the portable infrared saunas contain infrared heaters, which produce radiant infrared heat. This infrared does not have the damaging aspects of infrared light that shines from the sun, which is then soaked up right into the body. Neither oxygen molecules nor nitrogen molecules in the air can block the FIR wave; therefore, the FIR unique wave length penetrates directly onto our body a couple of inches This differs from conventional saunas, which heat the body indirectly through air or steam.
The portable infrared sauna featured here is a Far Infrared, FIR sauna heater box which applies hi-tech of super conductive and ultra thin carbon fiber heating element . The high heat efficiency helps you to perspire, promote blood circulation, and detoxify. 10 minutes of sauna bath corresponds to 30 minutes of jogging for exhaust sweat. The FIR sauna is very good for sweating out heavy metal deposits under our skin
Portable and Single Person Infrared Saunas
Who Would Have Thought They Were So Affordable and Portable!
Infrared Saunas vs. Traditional Saunas, What's the Difference?
Both types maintain a lower temperature than traditional hot air or steam saunas and produce great results.
In our infrared sauna review, we have identified that one of the top types of heaters are built with ceramic emitters. These are concave in shape and don't resemble the rod-shaped elements that one might find in normal home heating appliances. It is said that ceramic infrared systems can give extraordinary levels of infrared in their heat output. Our infrared sauna review also has discovered that the ceramic elements work fine for heat storage and for manufacturing steady, heat and increased sweat production.
Conversely, Carbon heaters, are not as widely used as ceramic heaters, but we found in our infrared sauna review, that they have some good characteristics too. Carbon heaters are often made from a very thin carbon plate or film that is oftentimes enclosed in fiberglass. They're more supple and durable than ceramic infrared heaters and very often have the biggest heating surface area among the models for sale today. They also have very high emissions of infrared light.
When looking at the 2 types it is vital to note that ceramic heaters take a few minutes longer to heat up, but they continue to have huge surface areas, low temperatures and emit rays close to far-infrared. Carbon heaters heat fast, also have large surface areas, lower temperature and emit rays close to far-infrared. Your best plan may be to simply try both out and see which one you prefer. Most sellers have straightforward return policies and showrooms will allow you to try them out before a purchase.
The model that we have featured here is made from Reforested Wood Products to help improve the environment. This oversized 1-2 person sauna is designed for ease of use and is an outstanding value. The patented carbon heater technology provides efficient and effective infrared rays. Enjoy your sauna session listening to your favorite music through the unit's MP3 audio input with built in speakers, or read your favorite book under the interior reading light. Clasp assembly is easy.

- Infrared saunas are amazing. I always hated saunas because of the heat, but you can actually sit in an infrared sauna without getting fried. This is because infrared sauna heaters heat the body and not the cabin. I highly suggest buying one if you can afford it. I bought a Clearlight infrared sauna and could't be more pleased.
