Inheritance tax, estate tax and death duty are the names given to the various taxes which arise on the death of an individual.
In the UK inheritance tax would be the equavalent of an estate tax in the USA.
I am very interested in the state of the UK inheritence tax law and what exactly it will mean to me. What will it cost? How can it be avoided? Why should I pay to inherit?
