Meditation for Inner Peace - Give your Mind a Well Deserved Rest

How does Meditation work?

Meditation works by lowering your brain waves.

When we are awake we are in the state known as Beta. In this state we are awake, alert and highly conscious, however it can be a high stress state for some. The moment you close your eyes you go into the Alpha state, this is the state of daydreaming, creativeness and relaxation. Guided Meditation begins in this state and continues to lower your brain waves through to the third state of Theta.

When we are in Theta, we are in what is called "REM" or rapid eye movement state. This is the state.of dreaming, hypnotic and meditative. It is here where you can really have some fun and reprogram your mind while being fully conscious. The final brain wave state is Delta. In this state we are unconscious or in a very deep sleep.

Meditation works by training our minds to clear away distractions that interfere with our thought processes. If continued, meditation conditions the mind to better control and deal with emotional stresses, relaxes the mind and enhances recovery from mental disturbances.

Is Inner Peace Meditation hard?

Absolutely not. These days there are a lot of programs on the market to make is extremely easy and enjoyable to Meditate.

In years gone by, it was necessary to learn to train the mind to not wander off, but concentrate on one thing along with a mantra. While this is still fine to do, with modern technology, it is still possible to get fantastic results even if you happen to fall asleep during the meditation (which is what I tend to do), The more practice you get, the better you will get at it and can manage to stay awake through the duration of the program.

You can sit up and place your hands or fingers together like the many photo's shown. Or it's still advantageous to lie down (elevated) on a bed or sofa and still reap the rewards. It doesn't matter where you meditate - your home, in the garden or down the beach. Where ever you feel comfortable.

Holosync is the best Meditation program on the market today.
I have had the best results from Holosync.

How long does Inner Peace Meditation take?

Some meditation program can take from 40 minutes per day, up to 90 minutes.

Holosync takes 1 hours. Its split into two separate tracks.

Holosync will work for you even if you are asleep. You don't have to say a mantra or concentrate on one thing and clear your mind, however it does help. Holosync will still work.

You can listen anytime, anywhere. It is advised that you listen every day, however sometimes you just don't get the opportunity. Just listen when you can.

I read of a woman who just simply did not have enough time through the day to listen, so she listened at night when she went to sleep and It still worked.
