2.Squat down and then squeeze your legs and butt as you come back towards the ceiling.
3.The whole time make sure you are squeezing your stomach and keeping your upper body nice and tall

1.Lay on your side
2.Bring your top leg forward and set your foot on the ground just above the knee of your lower leg
3.Lift your lower leg towards the sky slow and controlled
4.Make sure to keep your hips on top of each other (ie don't roll forward and backward) and keep your stomach squeezed the entire time.
Inner Thigh Exercises - Leg Cross Kick
Here is a small movement that can bring some big results.
1.Start start standing tall with feet together and hands on your hips
2.lift one leg and swing it in front of your opposite leg until your knees overlap each other.
3.bring the leg back towards the ground but DON'T touch the ground with your moving leg.
4.Do 10 reps on each side 3 times.
