Innovation Styles: Your Success Booster!

Believe it or not, everyone innovates. The question is: do you know how you innovate?

When you innovate, do you... Explore? Modify? Experiment? Vision?

Do you know how your colleagues innovate? Most likely, you don't. Which simply means...you are not creating solutions and implementing them as effectively as you could be.

You can think of us as the Myers-Briggs / MBTI of Innovation.

Innovation Styles is a web-based assessment, feedback, and coaching system that graphically shows you how you and your team innovate.

Is is a practical, proven resource to help you generate innovative solutions to:

1.  Work challenges
2.  Foster high levels of innovative teamwork
3.  Develop an organization-wide culture for innovation.

Instant Feedback Graphs: Graph #2

2 Different Types of Feedback Graphs.

The second, the "Point" graph, shows the average point between your Visioning/Experimenting and your Modifying/Exploring scores. It is like the "center of gravity" for your "kite" profile."

When your "point" is put on a graph with other people's points, you can gain insights on the group dynamics for innovation.

The numerical value of each score does not indicate a level of innovativeness. Rather, each score indicates the strength of your tendency, disposition and preference among these four distinct approaches to innovation. The higher your raw score for a particular style, the more strongly you prefer to use that style.
