    I've been doing Insanity and it is intense! You know your in trouble when the warmup makes you tired and the host (Shaun T) takes a break. But overall totally worth it and I have seen changes!

    Well, you have to be dedicated to the workout and change your life to fit with it. that includes how you eat. Insanity looks promising, but p90X workout program is the best. http://www.Extremely-fit.com

    Hi! This is the first time I've heard of Shaun T's Insanity Workout! Have you been able to keep up with it? Of course, you already look stunning in your bio photo!

    I need a program that I won't get bored with and will stay with. I'm always hesitant to buy a program that will end up like most of the exercise equipment in my house (that is - dust-bunny collectors).

    Can you give an update?

    hi kathy, my update: month 1 wasn't easy but we got through it; then i got sick for 3 weeks and we decided to do the first month again. we weren't as vigilant that month. we started the second month yesterday and decided it wasn't for us (at least for now) and that we'd keep working out daily with the first month and ashtanga yoga.

    i wasn't following the nutrition plan, and my results have been in fitness improvement more than outward appearance so far.

    i totally love the motivation, intensity and challenge of insanity and would totally recommend it.

    we're starting the 1st month for the 3rd time tomorrow, and we're adding a vegan diet as well. so i expect more weight loss this time around. :)
