Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
This a an AWESOME piece of workout machine. You can make it as easy or as hard on your muscles as you want. I have noticed that when I do a lot of pulling and pushing with my arms instead of my legs,my arms get a great workout. Twist the waist while you workout and it works in that area. I could go on and on but if you buy one you will see that the exercises you can do on it are endless if you only use your imagination.

The Gazelle rated much better than the more expensive:

As other reviewers have mentioned, it did take a goodthree hours to put the machine together plus two phonecalls to the Bowflex people for some additional information.
