Insomnia or the problem with sleeping is very frustrating. There are times that you feel very tired already but your body and mind seem not to shut down. You toss and turn in your bed all night long and sleep doesn't come at all. During the day you feel like a zombie. And because you need to work you keep on going, but things are not going the way they should because you can't concentrate, you move slow and commit a lot of mistakes.
