What is Intensive Gardening?
I look at intensive as a wrong word rather I would think maximized or sustainable gardening is more accurate.; Make the most of what you have when you have it.;

Tasty Vegetable soup
Delicious and healthy Vegan Soup
Four servings with leftovers.One Large carrots, diced.
Three stalks of celery, cut into 1/8 inch slices
One cup onions minced
Three cups of water
Five cups of minced tomatoes
One teaspoon pepper
One teaspoon salt
One teaspoon hot pepper sauce
Two tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Four cloves of minced garlic
Pour Olive oil into a large pan. Heat and then add garlic, onions, celery and carrots. Cook for about ten minutes.
Add the rest of the ingredients and bring to biol, simmer covered for about ten minutes. Serve with fresh bread and butter. For an added taste add some fresh berries for desert.
