Why do I love this free university? Why did I upgrade to the professional for $1.00?

I was basically drowning in too much information. Mike Klingler to the rescue. He provides step by step, click by click tutorials that you can work your way through. No one has to know how many times you watched a particular tutorial. You can not only see how to do it but you can have another window open and do it along with him. This is where Mike beats the competition hands down. The drawback of buying a book is that first you read it and then you still have to take the action. By combining the two actions together you save yourself time and propel yourself to take action. As Mike Litman is fond of saying: "You don't have to get it right, you just have to get it going."

My biggest piece of advice that I can give is to be patient; we are at the beginning of a huge wave. And secondly take what Mike has to say on faith. If you try to know it all now you will become hopelessly overwhelmed and may shut down completely. I just did what Mike said. He gave me enough to work on without having to explain it all. It is so much easier to learn something new when you have a foundation in place. Prior to Mike I had no idea what Digg, Squidoo, Hubpages, or ezinearticles were. I barely knew what a blog was and certainly had no idea of how to build one. Now I am using these resources. I'm writing content, I'm inserting anchor text and now I'm learning to market what I have done. I wrote content in several areas not even knowing why. It then became clear when he taught anchor text. And now it's becoming even clearer.

Just a step at a time; one baby step at a time. As you master each step you become faster. As you repeat processes you find your way faster and faster. Any new web-page is a maze to begin with and before you know it you are deftly clicking through to your desired location. If I had had more faith I would have Googled my keywords sooner to see where I was ranking on Google. Only several days later when I read John Enn's hubpage on how he landed on page 1 did I even look. I was on the top of page 2; not bad when you consider many never get past page 20.

So what does Mike Klingler teach you?
Step 1. Create internet content.
Step 2. Use anchor text to improve your search engine rankings
Step 3. Write a review on an internet page like Squidoo, Hub, or Blog post giving an overview of the affiliate product to which you are referring. ie Mike Klingler's Renegade University in this case.
Step 4. Next on this review page you want to link directly to your affiliate links.
Step 5. Then, go back through all your content at your Squidoo, Blog, Ezinearticle, etc. and look for where you may have linked to an affiliate link (like The Renegade Network Marketer, Renegade University, Magnetic Sponsoring etc. and link to the review page instead.

Now why would you want to do this? This is what search engines like Google are looking for. You get credited for every link so you want to create a lot of incoming links to your own content. If for example you link to your Renegade University page without first linking to a page that reviews Renegade University, you aren't giving your own content a vote. Your page won't come up on the search engines for that search term and you're missing out big time. But if you link Renegade University to a review page that you've created about Renegade University, you now have a better chance of coming up on the search engines when people search for those keywords. And it's not just the search engines. Content on Hubpages and Squidoo or Ezinearticles will also attract traffic and leads from other sources as well.

So go back through your existing content and plant these keywords. Create a page about Renegade University for example and then whenever you're creating new content in the future; if you see a chance to use that term you can link it to that page so it has a chance of coming up. In addition to all of this content sharing there are tutorials on bookmarking, social sites like facebook, video marketing and blogging. Most of these are free or very low cost methods.
