If you have been struggling for years to lose weight without success, then fasting might be the solution to your problem. You've missed out on a valuable weight loss technique if you've never included fasting in your diet program. In my experience, fasting will help you lose weight far better than any diet, diet pills, or any other supposed weight loss system that there is. Fasting will benefit you in more ways than just losing weight, because you will also find that you will have more money to spend on other things. You won't be wasting your dollars on those expensive fad diets or on diet pills and supplements that don't work. But you will see results.

If you fast for two days a week, and otherwise keep your normal diet, you will lose weight faster than you ever imagined you could. I'm over forty years old and I have worked out since my early teens. Even though I was always in good shape, I was also about ten pounds heavier than I should have been to have great abs and look tight.
In my teen years, I wanted to add muscle and gain weight, so I didn't worry about losing weight. But the time came when I began to put on some fat around the waist. I looked pretty good yet, but I knew I could look better. The trouble came when I got serious about losing that layer of fat. I started a diet, cutting my calories and watching what I ate, but soon I got hungry and gave in and started to eat normally again. This was the classic yo-yo diet!
That started a cycle that continued throughout much of my adult years of dieting, losing weight, going off the diet, and gaining back all of the weight I had lost. Those great-looking abs kept taunting me because I was so close to having them, but they always remained just out of sight. Then, by chance, I found the Eat-Stop-Eat fasting diet and intermittent fasting, and got the results I had been wanting for so long.

I have followed this plan for almost a year now, and I can eat normally on the days when I'm not fasting and I still lose weight at a rapid rate. At the age of forty-one, I'm in better shape than I've ever been in before, and this is a long-term solution to the fat problem. Once I found that I could lose weight this way and got excited about it, I read everything I could find about fasting. I found out that fasting brings a lot of other benefits besides just losing weight.
