Back in March/April there was some buzz surrounding a new advertising network called Fair Ads Network (FAN) that was entering Beta stage (Beta is the cyberworlds term for "new and being tested") and they were looking for 5000 people to sign up and give the program a try. At the time I was going to suggest my readers give it a try as it was free to join and you could even make money during the trial test.
A few days ago the creators got the site fired back up and are again looking for Beta Testers - this time they say the beta is ready to start and they need an undisclosed number of people to try it out.

The folks behind Fair Ads boast that their click detection software is so good that they will always know which clicks are real and which are fraudulent and that they will just ignore the fraudulent clicks. Obviously they are targeting the "banned by Google" market but they do offer several novel twists as well. Hits4Pay is a "get paid to view ads" type of offer specially targeted at the middle-class. They credit your account with $10 on sign-up and give you 2 cents per ad viewed. The best part is that the company isn't country specific, so anyone in any corner of the world can join it. People who have joined Hits4Pay really enjoy getting the emails whether they decide to make referrals or not. Here is my experience with it. When I started it was slow and tedious, viewing an ad for 2 cents and 20 sec and the worst part of it was I got fewer mails. True, if you do not get referrals you will wait longer to make your first $25, and you may give up. If you join Hits4Pay and actually put a little work into referring others, you will surely earn money, and they will send you a check once you reach your limit of $25. They do have a bonus program, but I don't have much information about it. Sometimes, there is just 1-2 mail and sometimes 10-15, but the best thing is that the mails keep coming. I advise you if you are joining this program, do make a special email address for it and check it every day.

There are so many Pay to Click sites appearing at the moment. It is pretty difficult to decide which one to join. After the rapid growth of Adbux everyone seems to want to jump on the bandwagon. Adbux have crossed 300,000 members mark.I have joined a few of the other sites like AdBuddy ($10 Payout), Tarbux ($7 Payout), Advercash ($10 Payout). These new sites sems to be good and have alot of ads now. If it doesn't cost a dime, one can give it a try.
Since my second payment from Adbux, I am having only 3 ads per day to click and my active refs are 20 out of 30 and making around only 30 cents per day. Clixsense found to be enticing and addictive as they have many ads for premium members. They seem to have a lot more adverts to click but the referral scheme is not so attractive (at the moment you just get paid 10 cents per referrals and $5 if they upgrade, plus 10% of anything they spend on advertising, as opposed to Adbux offering 100% of what they earn and bonuses when the upgrade and buy referrals.)

The more sites visited, the more money will be earned. Members can withdraw their earnings, or use them to promote their own websites.
