I have tried to make money (off and on) on the internet for about three years now. I've decided to chronicle my journey with this blog to hopefully make it easier for the next person and, to perhaps learn something along the way.

I know that by doing this I will receive every internet get rich scheme invite available by someone else trying to find their fortune. If this is you, I welcome the invite but will only accept if you can prove the system works and if you are open to a lot of questions.

A little about me:

I'm a military helicopter pilot. I started out flying with the Army and about five years ago joined the Coast Guard to fly for them. I was stationed in New Orleans and went through the whole Katrina and Rita thing. A year before that Ivan, and the year before that Cindy and Bill. I have a Masters Degree and believe that I can learn anything.

I stumbled into all of this teaching myself HTML so I could build a website for work. As I completed online tutorials, I discovered affiliate marketing and the promise of true wealth.

I have had some success but, as fast as I start making money the rug always seems to get pulled from under whatever program I was working.

So far, it seems that the only people making true money are the people who are selling information on how to make money online. It never seems to make much sense to me, if you're making $60,000 a month on the internet%u2026. Why are you trying to sell me your strategy to do the same for $67?

I have spent thousands of dollars on e-books, software and all sorts of stuff guaranteed to lead me to the promise land of free time and wealth. In future posts I will share information on what I have learned and look forward to hearing what you think or what you know to be true or real.
