- Hi,

- Great lens. Very useful tips on interval training. Suited for those who are busy and do not have time to workout. Craig Ballantyne's Turbulence Training is definitely a great recommendation on how to lose fat fast. Two thumbs up!

I start by teaching my students first how to move on their feet, or dance the boxers two step, with balance and coordination. Next I teach them how to throw the jab, power hand, hook, and upper cuts. Then they practice moving on their feet, and throwing the fore mentioned punches on a pair of hand pads/focus mitts worn by me. Once they accomplish that, and feel relatively comfortable, and I feel they comprehended enough to throw the punches at my body, I put in my mouth piece, head gear and boxing gloves on, activate the timer, and we proceed to "BodyBox." Again, depending on their conditioning, and with my experienced watchful eye, I'll instruct them through 1, 2, or 3, rounds initially.
It's a very cardiovascular conditioning, endurance building, mentally tough, challenging, but completely safe workout. This training method will start physically, psychologically, and visibly condition the human body in just a few training sessions. As their conditioning improves, and it will, so will the amount of rounds completed, along with the intensity in which I train them.
I'm experienced at training, teaching, and conditioning within this program, and I can only hope you'll present me an opportunity to demonstrate this fitness program to you and as many adrenaline advocates interested.
