Getting Ready To Answer Tough Interview Job Questions
When you already know what's most important to this employer, you know how to answer some of these interview job questions and you give yourself an edge.
I suggest you prepare for these interview job questions with the same intensity you'd prepare for a "final exam" in school (can you remember that far back?)
Or to prepare the way you'd prepare if you were going to trial, though hopefully your interview won't be that nerve wracking!
Several days before the interview, print off these questions.
Sit down with a legal pad and allow yourself enough time to deal with these questions or other ones that you fear.
Go through them one by one and brainstorm responses.
But using some of the direct marketing information available at "How To Write A Resume" remember to think "what's in it for the interviewer's company?"
Part of the rationale behind these questions is to get you off track and off message and give them a reason to disqualify you. By preparing, you learn to stay on message.
Ask a friend or loved one to help you answer these questions and give you feedback.
Go to the interview prepped to say on message when they ask their job questions.
Go into the interview prepared beforehand by coming to grips with these job questions!
