An interview lasts about one hour. However, this hour is one of the most important of your professional life.

The interview has 3 goals :

To introduce yourself, convince, "sell" your skills, your qualities and motivation.
To enable the recruiter to assess your skills, personality and enthusiasm.
To give you a better knowledge of the position offered and the recruiter's expectations.

You need to learn how to convince. Tailor your arguments to the type of interview.

The different types of interviews

- Screening interview: it often takes place on the phone, and is a simple check of availability dates, language level assessment%u2026

- Face-to-face interview: it's the most common form.

- Group interview: several candidates are taking the interview at the same time with one or several recruiters.

- Individual interview facing several recruiters
