Invasion of Things

'Invasion of Things' is available for purchase. The limited edition magazine has articles written about leading innovators and interactive projects. The 16 page volume is non-commercial, in the tradition of Modernist Magazines, that were highly sought after by collectors in London in the early 20th century. Tississippi breaks from this tradition in the 21st century by making the printed publication interactive and mobile. Readers can use their mobile phone to access the cover story and scan other QR Codes in the little magazine.

Answer Questions

Tagging a thing can be done with an open source QR Code. These 2D data codes are free to make and easy to use. When the tag is scanned with a mobile camera phone it will lead to a mobile webpage or content about a thing.

A 'thing' will be exhibited at the 'Wellcome Collection' in central London from the 12-22 of October, 2010.
