Welcome to the InventHelp® Review!
Here you will find a review about America's largest and most experienced invention company. InventHelp tries to submit clients' inventions to industry in the hope of gaining a good-faith review, and our patent referral services have helped inventors secure more than 7,000 U.S. patents. With more than 60 locations in cities across the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Korea and South Africa, InventHelp can meet with you face-to-face at your local sales office to discuss your invention.
The main purpose of this lens is to review the ways in which "The Invent Help People" differ from competing inventor assistance firms. Unfortunately, there are some unethical players in the invention industry who will make undocumented claims and promises of success to inventors, when the reality is just the opposite - profits from an invention are the exception, not the rule. At InventHelp, we pride ourselves in being up-front with our clients, and we take great care to ensure that our approach is not misleading. Simply put, we strive to build trustful and honest relationships with our inventor clients.
How InventHelp Operates
What InventHelp Does:
- InventHelp attempts to submit clients' invention ideas to industry to try to obtain a good-faith review.
- We refer our clients to independent patent attorneys through our patent referral program. More than 7,000 inventors have obtained patents using these services.
- InventHelp holds the annual Invention & New Product Exposition (INPEX®), America's largest invention trade show.
- We give inventors our track record up-front and clearly state all fees associated with our services.
- InventHelp makes clear that very few inventors receive financial gains for their inventions.
What InventHelp Does Not Do:
- InventHelp offers no patent advice, because such opinions are improper unless they come from a licensed patent attorney or agent. That is why we refer all of our inventor clients to independent patent attorneys to perform these services.
- We do not evaluate inventions, and we do not allow our sales representatives to give opinions about product ideas that potential clients bring to our sales offices. This is because we believe that only the marketplace can accurately judge the merits of a particular invention.
- We do not state or imply that an inventor will make money from his or her idea. Since very few inventions are successful, anyone who suggests otherwise is trying to fool you.
- InventHelp does not attempt to mislead inventors by overstating our successes, and we have no hidden fees or illusory sliding royalty scales to encourage higher payments.
